Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please submit photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will replace the item at no cost to you once photos are received. Please save the item and its packaging. Our shipping contractor often sets up a time to pick up the damaged merchandise.
You will receive a tracking number update when your order is shipped. If your item's tracking states DELIVERED, we are not responsible if the package is lost/stolen. We will send a new item and charge you cost plus shipping if you want to purchase a replacement. If your item's tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, and item is truly lost and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Theft if more likely to occur around the holiday season. We suggest having your package delivered to a place where someone will be there when delivered. Please update your address in your Etsy account before purchasing! If you do not, this may result in your package getting sent to the incorrect address. This is not our responsibility.
I do ship internationally. Please contact me prior to ordering for a shipping quote. Please provide your full address and the item size and description that you are interested in in the message so I can calculate an accurate price quote for you. All of the map designs that we have available are listed in the map section of our shop. Each listing explains the changeable options for the map. Please submit your specifications based on the changeable features of the map when you place your order.
